Originally from Orange County, California, Joy Helfrich is a second generation real estate professional, joining the family’s commercial development company in the late 1970’s. A combination of construction, sales and leasing provided the opportunity to work with a variety of clients from small entrepreneurs to major corporations.

Central Oregon has been her home since 1991 and with her referral-built business she is able to provide her clients with the individual assistance they deserve.  She has assisted multiple generations of her client’s families and friends from their first homes to their resort and investment properties. She is known for making sure that her clients will know what to expect at every stage of the process to provide a smooth home buying or selling experience.
